Rules for Using Quantova
These terms explain the responsibilities, limits, and acceptable use rules for Quantova users. By using the platform, users agree to operate their accounts responsibly and understand the risks of automated trading.
Last updated: April 29, 2026
1. Platform Purpose
Quantova provides trading automation tools, live monitoring, exchange API connection management, wallet-credit billing, articles, and community discussion features. The platform does not provide guaranteed investment returns.
2. Trading Risk
Crypto trading involves significant risk, including loss of capital. Automated strategies can lose money during volatile, low-liquidity, sideways, or fast-moving markets. Users are responsible for deciding whether Quantova is suitable for their financial situation and risk tolerance.
3. No Financial Advice
Information on Quantova, including articles, dashboards, bot settings, logs, and forum content, is for educational and operational use. It should not be treated as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
4. User Responsibilities
- Keep account login details secure.
- Use exchange API keys with the minimum permissions required and keep withdrawals disabled where possible.
- Review bot settings, open positions, logs, balances, and market exposure regularly.
- Comply with exchange rules, local laws, tax obligations, and platform policies.
- Avoid spam, abusive forum behavior, fraud, account sharing, or attempts to bypass security controls.
5. Bot Operation
The bot uses the user configuration, exchange connectivity, available credits, market data, risk limits, and platform safeguards to decide whether it can scan, enter, manage, or close trades. Quantova may pause entries when limits are reached, exchange APIs fail, market data is unavailable, or security controls require it.
6. Billing and Credits
Quantova uses wallet credits for platform usage. Credits may be reserved or charged when trades are opened, closed, or processed according to the active platform rules. Crypto payment confirmation depends on provider and network status.
7. Availability
The platform may be affected by maintenance, exchange downtime, internet issues, provider outages, API rate limits, market data errors, or other events outside Quantova control. We may update, pause, or remove features when needed to protect the platform or users.
8. Account Suspension
Quantova may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, illegal activity, payment issues, or violations of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantova is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange failures, payment network delays, incorrect user settings, compromised user accounts, or losses caused by third-party services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Quantova after changes are published means the user accepts the updated terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the platform contact form.
