How Quantova Handles User Data
This page explains the information Quantova collects, how it is used to provide trading automation and billing services, and the safeguards we apply to protect user accounts.

1. Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, login activity, selected language, and platform preferences. When users connect exchange accounts, we store the API credentials required to operate the selected automation features.
For billing, we store top-up requests, payment status updates, wallet credit balances, and credit ledger activity. We do not store private wallet seed phrases or exchange account passwords.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and secure user accounts.
- To connect exchange APIs selected by the user and run trading automation based on their configuration.
- To process wallet credit top-ups and update payment status.
- To show dashboards, logs, trade history, forum activity, and support messages.
- To monitor abuse, bot registrations, platform reliability, and security events.
3. Exchange API Credentials
Users are responsible for creating exchange API keys with appropriate permissions. Quantova recommends disabling withdrawals on exchange API keys. The platform only needs trading and account-read permissions for the features enabled by the user.
4. Payment Information
Crypto payment updates are received through payment provider notifications. Quantova stores payment identifiers, amounts, status, and related wallet-credit records so that deposits can be reconciled automatically.
5. Cookies and Sessions
Quantova uses cookies and session data to keep users logged in, protect forms, remember preferences, and prevent abusive access. Disabling cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working correctly.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell user personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure, payment, and exchange API providers when necessary to operate the service, comply with legal duties, protect the platform, or investigate misuse.
7. Security
We apply account authentication, registration protections, CSRF protection, permission checks, encrypted application secrets where supported, and operational monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed to be risk-free, so users should also protect their own email, exchange accounts, API keys, and devices.
8. User Choices
Users may update account details, remove exchange connections, stop bot activity, or contact Quantova for support regarding account data. Some records, such as payment ledgers and security logs, may be retained where needed for audit, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, contact Quantova through the contact form on the platform.
